These terms cover the purchase of The Situationship Exit Kit from this website. Please read them before buying; by completing a purchase you accept them.

Who you are buying from

This website and the Kit are operated by Callum Palmier Robertson, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Celia Varen.

Celia Varen is a trading name. Payment is taken by Payhip, who act as the merchant of record for the sale. It is their name, not ours, that will appear on your card or bank statement.

What you are buying

The Situationship Exit Kit is a 51-page guided workbook supplied as a single PDF file. It is a digital product. Nothing physical is posted to you.

The price is $27 in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or the payment provider will convert it, and their rate applies.

Any sales tax or VAT due where you live is calculated and paid by the payment provider as merchant of record, and is shown to you before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. After payment you will receive an email containing a link to download the PDF. The file is yours to keep and to read on any device you own.

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email hello@celiavaren.com and the file will be sent to you directly.

Your right to cancel

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to that immediate delivery. Doing so means you give up the statutory 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to a distance sale.

That statutory right is replaced by something more generous: a 30-day refund, for any reason or none. The details are on the refunds page, and it applies whether or not you have downloaded and read the file.

What you may do with it

The Kit is licensed for your own personal use. You are welcome to print it, write on it, and keep it for as long as you like.

You may not resell it, republish it, share the file or the download link publicly, or reproduce its contents — including the frameworks and diagrams — in your own paid or free material.

What the Kit is not

The Kit is a reflective guide. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or professional support of any kind, and it does not tell you what to do about your relationship. If what you are feeling is fear rather than confusion, or you do not feel safe, please speak to someone qualified.

Liability

The Kit is provided as it is. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
