Read it, and if it isn’t for you, email within 30 days and you’ll be refunded. No questions, no explanation needed.

How to ask

Email hello@celiavaren.com from the address you bought with, within 30 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason, and you will not be asked for one.

What happens then

The refund is issued to the card or account you paid with, usually within two working days of your email. Depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

You keep the file. There is nothing to return and nothing to delete.

Why it works this way

The Kit asks you to look honestly at something difficult. It would be strange to ask that and then make it awkward to change your mind about the purchase. If it isn't the right thing for you, it isn't the right thing for you.

Your statutory rights
